Science Homework: Finish Alien Lab.  It is due tomorrow by 3:15
       Announcement: quiz tomorrow on dichotomous keys.

Social Studies: Complete Google Slide- "If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?" This slide should include 5-7 sentences giving reasons as to why other should live here also. There should also be 2-4 pictures included on the slide. Remember- only ONE slide & turn it in via Google Classroom.

Monday, October 17

Math homework: Study the test that was returned to you last week.  Retakes are on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.  Make sure to sign up in the back of the math room to retake the test.  It is the same exact test!

Science homework:  No science homework today.....Except 8th period.  You have to look you an animal and find its classification from Domain to Species.

Friday, October 14

Math homework: None but... if you are planning to retake Unit Test 1 on 10/18 or 10/19, you should study your three page review for the test as well as the test you got back.  IT WILL BE THE SAME EXACT TEST!!!  You can also review fractions online at Khan Academy or watch youtube videos that explain reducing, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions

Science homework: Pick an animal.  Research the animal and write down its domain, kingdom, phylum, order, class, family, genus, and species.

Math homework: None

Wednesday, October 12

Math homework: Get Progress Reports signed (counts as a quiz grade) and do Problems 1-5 on the back of the Complex Fractions Notesheet to turn in.

Science homework:  Get progress report signed.  It counts as a quiz grade. Also, if you didn't finish your homeostasis worksheet in class, it is homework.

Tuesday, October 11

Math homework:  Warm Up C.   Also, if your name is on the whiteboard and you didn't stay after school today, you MUST stay either Wednesday or Thursday after school.

Social Studies: Students should be collecting needed supplies for Team Exhibit (Due Friday). Additionally, students should be working on creating their own culture poster (Due Monday).

Friday, Oct. 7

Math homework: No official homework, but if you don't know your multiplication facts through 12, memorize them!!!  There are plenty of websites you can use to help you. Just google "multiplication facts".

Science homework: Study your vocab words that we did today (page 6 in the handout section of your notebook).

Thursday, Oct. 6th

Math homework: Zoo worksheet (Front side Only) 1-7

Science homework:  Study the characteristics of life slideshow.

Social Studies: Questionnaire about your culture- be sure to respond in complete sentences

Math homework: Continue studying for the Test.  You will have more time to finish it in class tomorrow, so please look up anything you saw today that you weren't able to answer.

Science homework:  Review the slideshow online (go to the science 7 page to see it).

Math homework:  Page 3 of Review Packet.  Study for Test tomorrow.  Look on Schooltool for your current math average. for the bonus.

Science Homework:  Find 5 pictures (magazine, internet, newspaper, etc) of living organisms.  Tape/glue them onto page 16 of your interactive notebook.  Label what characteristic of life is present in that picture.
